Moody Venture Capital’s prime concern is that the property development is sited within a good locality with a proven demand for the completed scheme.
Moody Venture Capital can provide property development funding up to 65% of gross development value which can equate to in excess of 80% of the property development costs depending on margins.
Each residential building finance enquiry receives individual assessment prior to a site valuation visit being arranged. All decisions are made in-house and all property finance is our own.
