Moody Venture Capital LLP, an established residential finance lender, has funds available to assist property developers finance new build housing developments.

MVC does not have a minimum size threshold and is willing to finance a single dwelling if required. We pride ourselves on a wealth of valuable experience for property developers.

There are many areas of the country where we will offer property development finance although London, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the Home Counties are our preferred area of operation.  Moody Venture Capital’s prime concern is that the development is sited within a good locality with a proven demand for the completed scheme.

MVC can provide property funding up to 65% of gross development value which can equate to in excess of 80% of the property development costs depending on margins.

Each enquiry receives individual assessment prior to a site valuation visit being arranged. All decisions are made in-house and all funding is our own.
