MVC Funded: over 80% of total cost

Unique property development using an innovative building system appraised, funded and sold within 10 months.

This was our first property development funding of this certified British system-build solution.

The site was extremely tight with party wall and right of light considerations prior to construction.

Putney, London

Total Cost: excess of £4 million

MVC Funded: over 80% of total cost

A completed residential development scheme for eight 4 bedroom terraced houses in Putney with a further scheme for six 4 bedroom terraced houses in Wandsworth also finalised this year for the same Developer.

The property developer is currently looking for further house building schemes for MVC to be involved in.

MVC Funded: over 80% of total cost

MVC’s second residential property development undertaken with this ‘hands-on’ Property Developer.

All four units have now been sold in excess of initial valuation.
